Office Admin – 2K Israel Office
What We Need
We are looking for an on-site Office Admin to own the day-to-day operational execution of the 2K Israel office, a 15-person office.
This is a part-time role at 60% capacity. The expected schedule is three days per week in the office, with occasional tasks and availability during the other two workdays.
The role will provide local operational presence, ensure office and logistics issues are handled quickly, and help the technical team stay focused on core R&D work by providing consistent local operational support.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day office operations, including supplies, deliveries, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate facilities, vendors, building management, IT, and Workplace Services issues through completion.
- Serve as the local on-site point of contact for employee needs, onboarding logistics, and lightweight office events.
- Support hardware-related logistics, including shipments, customs, deliveries, returns, and tracking.
- Identify operational gaps early, follow up on open items, and escalate issues when needed.

- Ability to work independently in a small technical office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
Bonus qualifications
- Experience supporting engineering, R&D, lab, or technical teams.
- Experience with logistics, shipments, customs, or hardware-related operations.
- Familiarity with facilities, workplace operations, or office buildout.
- Prior experience in a global company or matrixed organization.
