This position reports to:
Sales Support Manager__
Your role:
In this role, you will Lead and execute all enquiries for Instrumentation products to be one of leading measurement products supplier globally.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
This role is contributing to the Process Automation business area in Measurement & Analytics Division based in Abi Dhabi UAE.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Manage RFQs, tender, and bid approvals by reviewing customer requirements, assessing project feasibility, and ensuring compliance with internal approval processes and company guidelines.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for instrumentation products, ensuring accurate pricing, scope definition, delivery commitments, and complete bid documentation.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications by reviewing datasheets, technical requirements, standards, and project-specific conditions, while coordinating with factories and suppliers for suitable solutions.
- Support customer engagement activities through technical meetings, presentations, and site visits, providing product expertise and addressing customer technical requirements and response with most competitive solution during the tendering stage.
- Contribute to pricing and commercial strategies by analyzing market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to maximize order-winning opportunities while protecting profitability.
- Process customer orders in Automation using the tools and manage project handovers by reviewing contractual requirements, preparing order documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition to project execution teams.
- Review order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies related to technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, factories, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor of electrical/Electronic Instrumentation engineering
- Experience with Technical engineering instruments background.
- 2-3 years of similar experience
- Strong knowledge of Filed Instruments products & systems and process application
- Familiarity with SFDC (Sales Force) is an advantage
