Get to Know our Team:
The Fintech Commercial team is the glue between external Fintech partners (schemes, PSPs, issuers) and Agoda’s Finance department. We represent the business side of Agoda’s “Pay-in” (Consumer Payments) and “Pay-out” (Business payments) pillars within the Agoda Fintech ecosystem. Together with our Fintech partners and cross-functional stakeholders, we identify and implement payments optimization initiatives, launch new payment methods and drive Fintech innovation across Agoda.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented, results-oriented Payments Operations Analyst to join the Agoda finance team. You will:
This is an ideal role for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in Finance, Fintech/Tech, or Consulting industries, who wants exposure to payments partner management at scale.
Successful candidates tend to have strong analytical and data skills and are self-starters who are comfortable working in environments defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. In addition, good performers in this role are organized, possess effective interpersonal skills and can successfully partner with cross functional teams in a result-oriented manner.
