Engineering Lead - Software Defined Radio & RF Systems

At Analog Devices (ADI), we're building the technologies that power the world's most advanced communications, aerospace, defense, industrial, and connectivity applications. We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead the development, validation, and production release of next-generation Software Defined Radio (SDR) and mixed-signal solutions.
This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you'll work at the intersection of RF, mixed-signal design, embedded software, and system architecture. You'll guide products from early silicon development through full production release while mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy across cross-functional teams.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $110,385 to $151,808.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
