You will collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, detection engineers, platform developers, and security operations experts to build real-world solutions for complex cybersecurity challenges.
In This Role, You Will
Design, develop, and optimize agentic artificial intelligence frameworks that enable intelligent reasoning, planning, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
Build reusable agent architectures and framework components using technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar agentic frameworks.
Develop multi-agent workflows that enable agents to collaborate, delegate tasks, invoke tools, reason over context, and make decisions based on available information.
Design and implement agent orchestration patterns, including state management, memory, tool calling, planning, routing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and autonomous execution.
Optimize agent performance, reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost through systematic evaluation, experimentation, and framework improvements.
Develop evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities to measure agent behavior, reasoning quality, tool usage, task completion, and overall system effectiveness.
Design and implement artificial intelligence powered automation workflows that transform complex Security Operations Center processes into scalable and intelligent agentic solutions.
Integrate large language models, machine learning models, retrieval systems, tools, application programming interfaces, and enterprise services into agentic workflows.
Research and prototype emerging agentic artificial intelligence techniques and translate successful approaches into production-ready framework capabilities.
Establish engineering patterns and best practices for prompt orchestration, agent evaluation, context management, guardrails, error handling, and autonomous decision-making.
Collaborate with artificial intelligence and machine learning, data science, security research, detection engineering, and security operations teams to identify opportunities for agentic automation.
Drive technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, mentoring, and development of engineering standards for agentic systems.
Solve complex technical challenges related to agent behavior, orchestration, reasoning, evaluation, reliability, and production performance.
You Will Be Successful In This Role If
You have 14 or more years of experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical development roles.
You have deep hands-on experience designing and developing artificial intelligence agents, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation systems.
You have strong experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.
You have strong programming experience in Python, Go, or similar programming languages and can independently design, develop, debug, and optimize production-quality software.
You have experience working with large language models, prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, context management, and autonomous task execution.
You have experience developing evaluation strategies and frameworks for artificial intelligence applications, including measuring accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and agent task completion.
You have strong understanding of distributed systems, application programming interfaces, event-driven workflows, data processing, and software design patterns.
You have demonstrated experience taking artificial intelligence prototypes from experimentation through production deployment and continuous optimization.
You have demonstrated success leading complex technical initiatives, influencing architectural decisions, and establishing engineering best practices.
You can independently drive large-scale technical initiatives from concept and architecture through implementation, evaluation, and production adoption.
You have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills and can mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams.
