Only with colleagues from these structured, efficient and supportive departments, such as Human Resources, Accounting, Controlling, IT and Communications, is it possible for us to grow beyond ourselves and achieve our goals as a company.

In this environment, the focus of the role is on fixed asset accounting within a manufacturing company with a large and complex machinery fleet.

Role and responsibilities

• be responsible for and further develop fixed asset accounting in a complex manufacturing environment in compliance with internal group policies and local statutory requirements

• manage the capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of machinery and technical assets

• ensure accurate valuation of assets and compliance with relevant accounting standards

• support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to fixed asset accounting

• contribute to process and improvement projects within the accounting environment

• work closely with production, engineering, and controlling to properly reflect capital investments

• analyze asset data and create financial transparency regarding the machinery fleet

• support audits and provide relevant documentation and explanations

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable commercial qualification

• You bring several years of professional experience in fixed asset accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• You have very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and US GAAP related to fixed asset accounting

• You have experience working with large technical asset structures such as buildings, machinery, or production equipment

• You are confident in using SAP and common finance tools

• You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English

Deine Aufgaben

Als Anlagenbuchhalter:in wirst du:

• die Anlagenbuchhaltung in einem komplexen Fertigungsumfeld nach konzerninterne Richtlinien und lokale gesetzliche Anforderungen verantworten und weiterentwickeln.
• Aktivierungen, Abschreibungen und Abgänge von Maschinen und technischen Anlagen steuern.
• eine korrekte Bewertung der Anlagen sicherstellen und die Einhaltung relevanter Rechnungslegungsstandards gewährleisten.
• Abschlussarbeiten im Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss im Bereich Anlagenbuchhaltung unterstützen.
• an Prozess‑ und Verbesserungsprojekten im Accounting‑Umfeld mitwirken.
• eng mit Produktion, Engineering und Controlling zur Abbildung von Investitionen zusammenarbeiten.
• Anlagendaten analysieren und finanzielle Transparenz für den Maschinenfuhrpark schaffen.
• Prüfungen begleiten und relevante Unterlagen sowie Erläuterungen bereitstellen.

Deine Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung.

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anlagenbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise in einem Fertigungsumfeld.

• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS sowie US‑GAAP Vorschriften mit Bezug zur Anlagenbuchhaltung.

• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit großen technischen Anlagenstrukturen wie Gebäuden, Maschinen oder Produktionsequipment

• Du gehst sicher mit SAP und gängigen Finance-Tools um

• Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
