What you’ll do
We are seeking a Regional Head of Workplace – Americas to lead Workplace operations across our offices in the U.S. and Colombia.
Based in San Francisco, you will directly oversee Workplace operations for our San Francisco and Mountain View offices, while leading a team of five Workplace professionals across the U.S. and Colombia. You will also partner closely with our Real Estate Business Director to shape and execute the Workplace strategy for the region.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational ownership. You’ll set regional standards, develop and support your team, oversee budgets and vendors, and ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across locations. You’ll work closely with Real Estate, HR, IT, Security, and other teams to build scalable Workplace programs that support the company as it grows.

What else you need to know
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires an onsite presence five days a week. The primary office location will be San Francisco, with an expected one day per week working from our Mountain View office.
As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $117,000 - $145,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
