About the Role
As Systems Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain system documentation and platform inventory, support UAT, and produce operational reporting that improves reliability and adoption.
You will sit between business stakeholders and technical implementers, partnering closely with Marketing Operations, CRM, Analytics, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong business analysis skills, technical curiosity, systems thinking, and the ability to turn complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, asking questions, defining requirements, and ensuring projects are built correctly before they are released.

The Salary Range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
