The Customer Service Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.
General Job Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.
Assists customers with account and subscription related inquiries; refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials, etc.
Provides support over the phone to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following the stablished protocols.
Provides support to clients in topics related to: Connected Drive such as remote unlock, purchase of apps for the vehicle, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account.
Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
Performs other functions related to the position.
