Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Expert for Corporate Accounting & Reporting to join our international Finance organization. In this role, you will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for External Audit Coordination, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of statutory and Group financial statement audits across the Home Comfort subgroup. You will work closely with external auditors, internal Finance teams, and shared service providers to ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting in compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of statutory and Group financial statement audits across the Bosch Home Comfort subgroup, ensuring alignment of audit timelines, scope, and objectives between external auditors, internal stakeholders, and service providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and internal Finance teams regarding audit requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor audit progress across Home Comfort companies and proactively resolve issues that may impact audit timelines or quality.
- Prepare clear and concise reports on audit progress, key findings, identified risks, and recommended improvement actions.
- Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings with external auditors and shared service providers.
- Support the continuous improvement of audit processes by identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to implement process improvements and best practices that enhance audit effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal reporting guidelines.
- Contribute to projects related to statutory financial statements, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications
Candidates with education suit the position:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Field: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Language and language level
English - Upper Intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Professional Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in external or financial audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
- Previous experience in a Big Four audit firm is an advantage.
- Experience in coordinating audit activities or working closely with external auditors is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of financial consolidation tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives is an advantage
