Company Description

To better support the fast development of automotive industry and technology of China, Bosch set up its wholly owned company, Bosch Automotive Systems (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., in Wuxi (RBCW). As an important member of two divisions Power Solutions and Electrified Motion, RBCW has nearly 650 employees, and is a youthful and energetic company. It specializes in the development, production and sales of new powertrain-related and future-oriented products. The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc.

Job Description

1. Process owner for claims processing in the plant: recording, evaluation and conclusion of all claims procedures.
2. Secure short-term delivery of production in the event of a claim. Suggest required measures, agree them with specialist department, supervision and documentation(e.g. reworking, termination of deliveries, special releases, etc.).
3. Selection, determination and/or optimizing of testing method, materials and apparatus for measurement and testing; when necessary organizing their procurement(in coordination with PMQ).
4. Send information to potentially affected plants (Q alarm).
5. Implement quality assurance measures (e.g. commissioning 3rd party tests) or initiate their implementation through PQT.
6. Plant support: instruct associates with responsibility for testing and support them in the event of problems.
7. Logging and plausibility testing of defect costs.
8. Participation in production sampling as part of change management (feeding in of parts, reporting of results to PPx).
9. Preparation and leading of quality discussions in the plant.
10. Drafting of required reports and documentation.
11. Analyze Q relevant data; applying lessons learned to new projects (via PMQ).

Qualifications

1. Technical understanding.

3. Conflict management.
4. Fluent in oral and written English.
5. Experience from working in Quality assurance, production, development or purchasing quality.
