Sales Representative – HVAC Systems (Sofia Region)

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales performance and expanding market share in their designated region. Operating primarily within the professional 2-step sales channel (selling to/through regional distributors, dealers, and specialized HVAC installer partners), this hands-on commercial role focuses on acquiring new installation companies, nurturing existing professional customers, preparing accurate technical quotations, and conducting product seminars to ensure our brand is the preferred choice in the market.

 

Job responsibilities:

•  Secure and exceed individual and regional sales volume, revenue, and margin targets for the HVAC portfolio (including Heat Pumps, Room Air Conditioners/RAC, and VRF systems).
• Proactively identify, target, and onboard new HVAC installers, local dealers, and regional retail partners to expand distribution density.
• Maintain close, regular, and consultative contact with existing customers, ensuring high service quality, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive, high-quality technical and commercial offers, choosing the right system configurations based on installer specifications and heating/cooling requirements.
• Monitor local competitor pricing, commercial campaigns, and product offerings in the field, reporting findings back to the Team Lead.
• Organize and conduct technical product presentations, practical installation seminars, and commercial training sessions for installer networks and distributors.
• Represent the brand at local regional trade events, partner open days, and product launch roadshows to promote the product portfolio.
• Act as the first point of contact for installers regarding technical product questions, application selection, and basic troubleshooting resources.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• University degree in HVAC, Thermal, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering would be considered a plus
• 2+ years of previous professional experience in B2B sales within the HVAC, heating, building materials, or construction technology sectors
• Proven experience working with the 2-step sales channel (direct-to-installer sales, specialized dealer networks, or technical wholesale distribution)
• Strong technical understanding of heating systems, heat pumps, or ventilation solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset
• Good organizational skills, high level of responsibility
• Proactive personality, ability to prioritize the workload, good time-management, multitasking
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Clean Driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
