Job Description
- Support for processing complaints e.g. sample collection from production lines, handling parts for measurement, delivering parts to external suppliers, communicate information to potentially affected plants;
- Provide support at the location: training employees responsible for testing and offering assistance in case of issues;
- Utilise digital tool (e.g. IQS, SAP) to read/view Boom and download drawings/technical specifications of products;
- Understand / interpret technical drawings and specifications of parts and functionality of products
- Analyze relevant quality data and apply learned insights in plant projects;
- Support in implementing and monitoring standardized quality procedures;
- Generates operational reports as preparation for the department meetings.
Qualifications
- Ongoing Technical university studies;
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office - Xls, Ppt., Word;
- Technical skills (mechanics, electro-mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, industrial, quality);
- Professional English level.
