The Team:

The Celonis Business Apps IT team brings together product managers and data engineers to build best-in-class, composable solutions for enterprise system transformation. In close alignment with the Celonis and Oracle go-to-market partnership, this team develops purpose-built solutions for Oracle source systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. These solutions help customers understand how their operations actually run, accelerate and de-risk modernization to Oracle Fusion Cloud, and provide the operational context needed to scale Enterprise AI. The team combines hands-on technical depth, customer focus, and a product mindset to create repeatable offerings that can be adopted across the Oracle customer base.

The Role:

We're looking for a hybrid between a product manager and an engineer: someone who can sit with an Oracle customer, understand a process or modernization challenge, and then design and build the solution with the rest of the team rather than handing it off. Afterwards, you extract the knowledge from your deployments and feed them back into the Celonis knowledge layer, ensuring scalability for future deployments. You'll operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where shipping quickly matters more than perfect process and where the line between designing and building the product is intentionally blurry. You will get hands-on with Oracle data, process models, applications, and AI-driven workflows on the Celonis platform, iterating directly with the customers and partners who will use them.

You'll be at the center of the Celonis and Oracle partnership, turning joint go-to-market priorities into working products that accelerate Oracle modernization and deliver measurable customer value. The work you'll do:

Your mission is to build the Oracle-focused solution portfolio that turns the Celonis and Oracle partnership strategy into repeatable products customers can deploy. You will combine Celonis Process Intelligence and the Celonis Context Model with Oracle application and process expertise to help customers modernize with confidence and scale Enterprise AI with trusted operational context.

Own the roadmap and ship purpose-built, reusable solutions for Oracle source systems and pain points
Build solutions that help customers discover process complexity, identify high-risk customizations, benchmark performance, and create data-driven modernization roadmaps for Oracle Fusion Cloud
Use Celonis Process Intelligence and the Celonis Context Model to create operational context for finance, supply chain, and other core processes, including Oracle AI agents and AI services running on OCI
Leverage frontier AI development tools that plug natively into the platform, using them to accelerate how you build, enrich, deploy solutions and extract knowledge for future reference
Work hands-on across Oracle data connections, extraction and transformation logic, object-centric process models, analyses, applications, and AI capabilities to deliver production-ready solutions
Move fluidly between customer discovery, prototype, and production: validate the Oracle-specific pain point, build the solution, put it in front of users, measure value, and iterate quickly
Partner with Oracle and Celonis product, engineering, alliances, sales, and solution teams to translate joint go-to-market priorities into differentiated offerings, demos, enablement, and customer outcomes
Collaborate with customers and implementation partners to ensure solutions work across Oracle applications, third-party applications, and custom solutions on OCI, and scale across the joint customer base

The qualifications you need:

5 - 7 years of experience as a product engineer, technical product manager, functional consultant, solution architect, founding/forward-deployed engineer, or comparable hybrid builder role
A track record of building coherent, repeatable product offerings for enterprise applications, not just isolated features; you think in terms of the whole solution and how the pieces fit together
Technical and tech-savvy: comfortable with enterprise data and integration concepts (SQL, PQL, Python, APIs, MCP, and agents), able to prototype and build, and quick to pick up new tools and platforms
Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of Oracle application landscapes, especially Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud and / or PeopleSoft Applications; JD Edwards is a plus
Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle modernization, including assessing legacy processes and customizations, defining a transformation roadmap, and reducing migration risk on the path to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Knowledge of finance, supply chain, or other end-to-end enterprise processes, plus the architectures, data models, and integrations that support them
Experience working with technology alliances, sales and solution engineering teams, or implementation partners to bring joint offerings to market is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills and the willingness to work closely with customers, Oracle stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional Celonis teams
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (German is a plus)
