Your Impact
As a Director of Engineering, Silicon One Software for the Silicon One Customer Engineering team, you will lead a dynamic group of software engineers in India and collaborate closely with our customers North America and Silicon One Engineering teams in USA and Europe. You will be at the forefront of managing, supporting and delivering sophisticated software development kits that are integral to Cisco's networking solutions to Silicon One customers.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for a leader who "cannot go wrong"-someone with the gravitas to lead senior engineers and the operational savvy to run a site.
Experienced Engineering Leader: You have a proven track record of managing large (30+ people), high-performing software teams, within the Semiconductor or Networking domains. You have 10+ years of experience in the industry.
Site Builder: You have experience scaling teams in India, understanding the nuances of the local market, compensation structures, and talent landscape.
Technical Depth: You possess the technical background to command the respect of senior engineers. You understand the complexities of SDKs, ASICs, and networking protocols.
Global Collaborator: You are comfortable working across time zones and cultures, capable of influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
You hold a BSC or a higher degree, from a leading university, with excellence.
