At CLO, great design doesn't just look good — it moves people. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you'll shape the interfaces behind AI Studio and our growing suite of web-based tools, turning complex workflows into intuitive, delightful experiences for creators across fashion, film, and game development.
This is a role for someone who treats design systems as a living craft, not a checklist — and who's genuinely curious about how AI can make design and development faster, smarter, and more human. You'll join the Shanghai Office and work closely with PMs, developers, and business teams to bring ideas to life, with the freedom to experiment with tools like Claude and Cursor along the way.

5 年以上产品设计师(UI/UX)实操经验
熟练使用 Figma(Auto Layout、组件 Components、组件库 Libraries)
具备设计系统(Design System)搭建或运营经验
具备 Web 端服务的 UI 设计经验
作品集需体现结构化的 UI 设计能力
对 Web UI 与视觉层级(Visual Hierarchy)有深入理解
具备优秀的沟通能力,能自如地与跨职能团队(PM、开发、业务)协作
具备扎实的英语沟通能力,能支撑日常跨职能协作
有在设计到开发全流程中使用 Claude、Cursor 等 AI 工具的实际经验——如成果已落地到真实产品发布,更是加分
具备 SaaS 或 B2B 产品设计经验
具备 UX 架构与用户流程(User Flow)设计经验
具备设计到开发(Design-to-Development)协作经验
具备全球化或远程团队的工作经验
具备使用 CLO 产品或 3D 时尚软件的经验
UI/UX planning and screen design for AI Studio and our broader web-based product experiences
Build and evolve consistent, scalable UI based on our Design System
Improve the user experience (UX) of web-based services such as Virtual Showroom
Partner with PM, Business, and Development teams to turn requirements into shipped product experiences
Produce design deliverables and manage developer handoffs in Figma
Explore and apply AI-based design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to improve design-to-development efficiency and workflows
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer (UI/UX)
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Libraries)
Experience building or operating Design Systems
Experience designing UI for web-based services
A portfolio demonstrating structural UI design capabilities
Strong understanding of Web UI and visual hierarchy
Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams (PM, Developers, Business)
Solid English communication skills to support day-to-day cross-functional collaboration
Track record of using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) across the design-to-development process — bonus points if it shipped in a real product release
Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
Experience with UX architecture and user flow design
Experience in design-to-development collaboration
Experience working in global or remote organizations
Experience using CLO products or 3D fashion software
