Job Description:

1. Quality Management & Leadership

• Define and implement Enterprise Quality Strategy
• Establish Quality Governance Framework
• Lead QA/Test teams (functional, automation, performance, UAT)
• Define and monitor Quality KPIs and SLAs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage quality risks and issue escalation
• Conduct quality audits and process reviews
• Mentor and coach QA engineers and test managers

2. Telecom Domain Expertise

Strong experience in telecom platforms including:

• BSS (Billing, CRM, Order Management)
• OSS (Provisioning, Inventory, Assurance)
• Product Catalog Management
• Charging & Rating Systems
• Mediation Systems
• Number Portability
• Customer Self-Service Portals
• Mobile, Fixed, Broadband, and Enterprise Services

3. Test Management

• Test Strategy Development
• Test Planning and Estimation
• Resource Planning
• Defect Management
• Regression Management
• Release Validation
• UAT Coordination
• Go-Live Readiness Reviews
• Test Metrics and Executive Reporting

4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Executive Reporting
• Business and IT Alignment
• Vendor Management
• Customer Expectations Management
• Steering Committee Presentations
• Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Escalation Management

Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 5 years in telecom and 3+ years leading QA/Test organizations.
