Senior Business Analyst (Grade 5)
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Client Reporting team. This role is responsible for delivering customized reporting and analytical solutions for some of the nation's largest Defined Contribution (DC) clients. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights through compelling storytelling.
In this role, you will build and maintain strong partnerships across business teams, supporting both strategic and ad hoc client reporting requests. You will serve as a trusted data consultant, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Snowflake to identify trends, uncover insights, and communicate meaningful narratives to business leaders and clients.
Additionally, you will perform critical data analysis to support remediation of incidents affecting Workplace Investing clients. You will also play an important role in supporting the migration of reporting workflows from WIDE to EDL, helping drive modernization, operational efficiency, and reporting excellence.

The Client Reporting Team is dedicated to supporting Client-Facing and Operations teams that deliver exceptional service to our Defined Contribution clients. Through innovative reporting solutions, analytics, and data-driven insights, we enable our front-line associates to focus on addressing the most important needs of our clients.
This role is part of the broader Defined Contribution Client Services Organization (DC CSO). The organization plays a critical role in supporting more than 18,000 retirement plan clients, providing the analytics, reporting, and operational support necessary for effective retirement plan administration. Our team creates value for plan sponsors by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions that support informed business decisions and enhance the overall client experience.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
