Fospha is the measurement system enterprise retail and ecommerce brands run their business on. We give marketing teams one clear, daily view of what's actually working - across every channel and everywhere they sell, from their website to Amazon and TikTok Shop - down to the level of a single ad or piece of creative. It replaces guesswork and gut feel with a number marketing, finance and agencies can all trust and act on.
Brands including Dyson, Gymshark and Lululemon use Fospha up to 25 times a day to decide where budget should move next. We've spent over a decade building this, with more than $40 billion in marketing spend now optimised through the platform - and we're scaling fast across London, Mumbai and Austin.
About the role
Fospha builds marketing measurement products for ecommerce brands — attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and brand impact measurement. Technical Account Management owns the applied end of that on the implementation side: driving onboarding speed and quality, and configuring and troubleshooting client account setups so what clients see in the platform holds up.
This is the entry point into the function, and it is a hands-on one. You'll work on live client onboarding and post-go-live implementation from the start, learning SQL to query client data yourself, and you'll be the first person spotting the risk — a stalled setup, a configuration issue, a technical query — before it threatens adoption or renewal. It's a role for someone who wants to learn the technical side of client delivery properly, in a business where getting the implementation right is the product rather than a side project.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving onboarding speed and quality — you'll be the person making sure clients get value fast, and get it right
- Managing post-go-live implementation requests for our enterprise and growth clients, configuring changes to their live systems
- Querying our database - learning SQL to query Client's data and solve problems (no previous experience required!).
- Getting hands-on with the product — assessing, configuring, and troubleshooting client account setups using your growing technical knowledge
- Spotting risk early — flagging anything that could threaten adoption or renewal before it becomes a problem
- Building real relationships — you'll be on client calls regularly, and confident, clear communication will become second nature
- Working cross-functionally — partnering with Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing Science and Product and your wider team to keep everyone aligned on onboarding progress
- Using AI to work smarter — we actively want you experimenting with our Gen AI tools to find better, faster ways of working
In addition to your core responsibilities, we expect you to be excited by the opportunity Gen AI brings and find new ways of working utilising our Gen AI hub to increase our efficiency
