About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our outbound sales team. The role will focus on building pipeline through proactive prospecting, engaging target accounts, qualifying opportunities, and creating meaningful conversations with potential customers.

This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role for someone who enjoys prospecting, is comfortable picking up the phone, and can engage prospects effectively across multiple channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting across target accounts and personas through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research accounts and identify relevant decision-makers and influencers.
• Manage and follow up on inbound leads, qualifying them based on business need, fit, and buying intent.
• Execute structured email and calling sequences to generate meetings and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Personalize outreach based on account research, industry, business challenges, and relevant use cases.
• Work closely with Account Executives to qualify and hand over sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Track outreach performance and continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated on target markets, industries, competitors, and customer pain points.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or SaaS sales.
• Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong experience with cold calling and email outreach.
• Experience managing and converting inbound leads.
• Comfortable researching accounts and identifying decision-makers.
• Experience using outbound and sales intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-velocity sales environment.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, persistence, and a hunter mindset.
• Must be open to work in night shift
