Job Description Summary

We are looking for an MRO Technical Trainer to deliver on-site Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) demonstrations of module assembly and disassembly at customer facilities, helping to build and expand our global maintenance network capabilities.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer training on module disassembly and assembly

  • Deliver customer training on stack and balance

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory approvals, company standards, and industry best practices relevant to MRO operations

  • Support GE operations when not training customers

  • Support, mentor, and train internal team members to build technical capability and ensure consistent execution

  • Lead training-related improvement initiatives and projects as assigned by the MRO Training Coordinator

  • Travel to customer and training locations as required by business needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 1+ years of hands-on technical experience working on aircraft engines (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of hands-on technical experience working on aircraft engines).

  • MRO experience and authorizations on disassembly / assembly of LEAP or GEnx modules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid experience in MRO

  • Expert-level understanding of engine and module disassembly and assembly procedures

  • Proven hands-on technical experience working on LEAP engines and/or modules

  • Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or coaching to others

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to MRO operations (e.g. aviation authority and quality standards)

  • Practical experience performing stack and balance processes on engine/modules

  • Deep product knowledge of GE and CFM engine platforms

  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
