制造工程岗位，本科理工科背景优先。负责新产品的工艺开发、设备选型验证、试制组织及工艺文件建立，主导工艺优化与效率提升，确保产品高质量、高效率量产。擅长根因分析与工艺问题改善，能协同多部门推进项目落地，具备小型项目管理和团队协作能力，注重风险预防与技术沟通，保障制造方案持续改进。

Job Description

角色与职责

• 不需要 4 年制学位的制造工程任务。主要是战术责任。这不包括一般行政工作。
• 扩展自己的技术学科知识，从而能够执行政策/策略。可能包括具有专业技术知识领域的支持角色；持续发展更高水平的知识和技能。
• 理解关键业务驱动力的基础知识；用这种理解来完成自己的工作。了解自己团队的工作如何与其他团队融合并为该领域做出贡献。
• 可能具有一定的自主权，从而在定义的框架内进行决策。以良好的技术知识和判断力解决在规定程序中遇到的问题。就定义的说明/参数之外的问题咨询更多的高级团队成员。
• 此级别的职位需要良好的人际交往能力，并且可能需要领导初级团队。对于面对客户的角色，建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE HealthCare 之间的接口。向他人介绍技术信息。

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有初步的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
