Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. AI战略规划与商业化落地

• 负责中国区超声业务AI战略规划及实施，推动AI功能在产品及临床场景中的应用落地；
• 结合市场需求及竞争趋势，制定AI产品定位、推广策略及价值主张；
• 支持AI相关创新项目的商业化推广，提升市场竞争力和客户价值。

2. AI生态合作与创新引入

• 发掘并管理AI领域合作伙伴资源，包括医疗AI企业、科研机构及行业组织；
• 推动第三方AI能力与超声产品的整合应用，丰富解决方案生态；
• 评估创新合作机会，建立长期战略合作关系。

3. KOL合作与临床共创

• 与重点医院及临床专家合作，推动AI应用场景开发及临床验证；
• 联合KOL开展创新项目和学术推广，推动AI价值传播；
• 收集用户反馈及临床需求，为产品优化和创新方向提供依据。

4. 数字化解决方案产品管理

• 负责超声数字化产品及解决方案的全生命周期管理，包括市场导入、推广、优化及退市管理；
• 推动SonoHive开放平台、5G技影随行等数字化解决方案的市场发展及客户应用；
• 制定并跟踪产品业务目标，支持数字化业务持续增长。

5. 全球协同与本地创新

• 与Global Digital及相关产品团队紧密合作，推动数字化产品及解决方案在中国市场的本地化落地；
• 支持中国市场需求向全球产品团队反馈，推动产品优化和创新开发；
• 支持中国创新项目及AI解决方案输出全球市场。
