Job Description Summary

Leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Subject to Commercial policy objectives. Has independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Job Description

作为基于疾病诊疗（Disease-based）临床解决方案团队的核心领导者，通过定义产品在临床端的价值主张，整合影像业务跨产品线资源，为临床客户提供服务病患的临床解决方案，并领导一支高素质的专家团队将其临床方案推广落地。

Essential Responsibilities  

1. 临床战略与顶层设计 (Strategic Leadership)

• 领导制定基于病种（Disease-based）的全国性临床市场战略
• 将临床痛点转化为清晰的商业机会，指导团队开发具有行业竞争力的“影像+临床”综合解决方案
• 进行诊疗路径有效性与合理性分析，提供具体建议，阐明卫生经济学的意义

2. 临床方案产出 (Clinical Solution)

• 与各Modality团队紧密合作，寻找产品与临床诊疗的最佳契合点，将GE的产品组合转化成具有竞争力的临床综合解决方案
• 规划并统筹临床多中心研究及证据收集工作，确保临床价值主张具有严谨的科学支撑

3. 学术生态构建 (Academic Ecosystem)

• 维护与国家级临床医学学会、学科带头人的战略合作关系。
• 主导推动行业临床指南、专家共识的撰写与发布，通过学术标准化确立公司的行业领导力。

4. 跨部门协同与资源整合 (Cross-functional Integration)

• 协调市场、销售、研发及政府事务部门，确保临床方案在各区域市场的有效穿透和执行。
• 督导show site标杆案例的打造，通过“点”的突破带动“面”的商业产出

5. 团队赋能与人才梯队 (People Development)

• 建立并优化 Clinical Solution 团队的人才梯队，提升团队在临床专业性、商业洞察力和复杂项目管理方面的综合能力。
• 持续优化 Clinical Selling 培训体系，将复杂的临床技术语言转化为前线销售可实操的商业话术

 

Qualifications/Requirements

• 医学教育与专业背景（临床医学优先）
• 拥有至少7年以上医疗行业经验，其中至少3年以上临床市场或相关管理经验
• 具备战略思维，敏锐的市场前瞻性和商业洞察力
• 具有优秀的团队管理经验，能够激励高专业背景的下属，并在矩阵式组织中高效协同
• 优秀的沟通能力、演讲能力，包括英语沟通能力
• 具备卫生经济学教育背景或相关工作经验者优先
