Job Description
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair medical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections
- Deliver remote diagnostics and technical support using specialized tools
- Guide customers on equipment operation and best maintenance practices
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate technical issues when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Higher technical education (Biomedical Engineering or a related field is a plus)
- Experience with medical imaging equipment is an advantage
- Solid understanding of electronics, electrical engineering, and mechanics
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, mechanics, magnetic field physics, ultrasound, and X-ray technologies
- Experience using testing and measurement equipment
- Confidence working with technical documentation
- English level sufficient to read technical materials and participate in training programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to spend the majority of your time working on customer sites across the region
