角色与职责

• 向指定客户销售时，新增客户通常很少，并且通常需要经过审查。包括单个业务组/P&L 中的关键客户
• 对销售区域、产品线、市场、销售流程或客户群有深入的了解。利用先前的经验和获得的商业专业知识来执行政策/策略。
• 深入理解关键业务驱动力；用这种理解来完成自己的工作。深入了解自己团队的工作如何与其他团队融合并为该领域做出贡献。
• 大多数决策都在规定的框架内，但是对于项目、产品线、市场、销售过程或客户的最终决策具有一定的自主权。利用先前的经验和在职培训来解决简单的任务。拥有解决问题所需的技术技能和分析思维。可以使用自己团队以外的多个内部资源来做出决定。
• 此级别的职位可能由个人贡献者担任，且其具有成熟的人际交往能力。向直接相关的同事和业务部门传达所提供的设计和协调服务。为新团队成员提供非正式指导。在简单的情况下向其他人解释复杂的信息。

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有较丰富的工作经验。学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 （或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历）
