As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support daily manufacturing operations by driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery and Cost. You will work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and implement sustainable improvements that positively impact business results.
Key Responsibilities
Support manufacturing operations and production lines to achieve operational goals.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency and waste reduction.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and production issues.
Participate in line balancing, process optimization and standard work improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process standards.
Support implementation of engineering and process changes.
Participate in Kaizen events and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field.
Approximately 1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting production operations and manufacturing processes.
Experience working with manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience using problem-solving tools such as:
PDCA
5 Why Analysis
Root Cause Analysis
Fishbone / Ishikawa
Understanding of line balancing, process flow and productivity improvement concepts.
Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience participating in Kaizen events and process improvement projects.
Exposure to safety, quality, productivity, delivery or cost-related metrics.
Experience creating work instructions and process documentation.
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel dashboards or data visualization tools.
Exposure to manufacturing quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Experience in medical, automotive, electronics, food or other structured manufacturing industries.
