Essential Responsibilities
Serve as a People Experience SME, providing comprehensive HR operations solutions and partnering closely with HRBPs, internal teams, relevant HR domains, and the business clients to resolve complex or non-standard business inquiries.
Maintain deep expertise in HR systems, business processes, legislative requirements, controls, and audits, including support for internal, external, and government audits.
Provide human support when inquiries cannot be fully resolved through standard processes, self-service, or the Digital Fabric. Coordinate relevant HR resources to ensure clear ownership, timely follow-up, and effective resolution.
Provide oversight of one or more HR Operations processes, including work direction, prioritization, outsourced service delivery, troubleshooting, escalations, and day-to-day operational coordination.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, quality, confidentiality, and compliance. Apply sound judgment and involve relevant specialists when additional expertise or escalation is required.
Manage operational metrics, monthly reviews, disaster recovery testing, and year-end coordination. Monitor inquiry and service trends to identify recurring issues, service gaps, and opportunities to improve the colleague and People Leader experience.
Lead or participate in cross-functional HR Operations and business projects, including assessing people-related impacts, coordinating operational requirements, tracking progress, and supporting effective implementation.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, service journeys, knowledge content, and Digital Fabric support, and provide recommendations and operational insights to the relevant owners for consideration and implementation.
Act as a key knowledge resource for the team by sharing expertise, providing day-to-day guidance, and supporting capability building. Take a lead role in critical operational topics and coordinate cross-functional efforts when needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a related area.
All candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations or related work experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency.
Strong working knowledge of local labor regulations, company HR policies, and key employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits processes.
Demonstrated experience in resolving complex employee or People Leader inquiries and coordinating solutions across HR Operations, HRBPs, and COEs.
Desired Characteristics

Strong service orientation, with the ability to anticipate colleague and People Leader needs and respond with empathy and urgency.
Proficiency in HR systems and technologies, such as Workday, case management, knowledge management, and digital colleague service platforms.
Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and work effectively with AI-enabled service tools.
Sound judgment and a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, confidentiality, and the appropriate handling of sensitive colleague matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify recurring service or process issues, and translate feedback into practical recommendations.
Ability to distinguish between standard inquiries, complex cross-functional cases, and high-risk matters requiring specialist escalation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative performance metrics to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in M365 applications including AI tools.
