Responsibilities
Ensure full alignment between requirements, design, risk management, and verification evidence
Ensure that connectivity software drivers achieve the design objectives required to meet the quality, regulatory, customer and business needs.
Produce and maintain high-quality system and regulatory documentation in accordance with medical device standards
Collaborate with related global design teams, and other cross-functions in multi-cultural and global environment.
Drive excellence and continuous improvement in software development methods and tools.
Foster a culture of appreciation and continuous learning.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Solid understanding of software lifecycle management in a controlled/QMS environment
Experience working in regulated environments with formal quality and compliance processes
Ability and motivation to work with detailed documentation, traceability, and structured engineering practices
Experience in object-oriented design in C++, other modern software methodologies, and agile software development. Interest in moving beyond pure coding toward system design, requirements, and quality-driven development
Self-starter - eager and quick to learn and experiment.
Demonstrated engineering curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Dedication to good-quality work, and proficiency in writing technical English.
Fluency in English, and excellent communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in Finland.
