Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Create Installation Drawings: Use Autodesk AutoCAD to prepare site installation drawings for diagnostic medical equipment, focusing on 1 equipment family.
• Ensure Quality: Follow quality and compliance standards and consult with senior team members when needed.
• Communicate Effectively: Work with other designers, senior team members, and project managers to find the best solutions for equipment placement and resolve any issues smoothly.
• Support Global Customers: Provide services to customers in over 100 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
• Be a Team Player: Join a team of 20+ members and participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills.

Nice to Have:

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service. Language Skills: Additional language skills are a plus.
• Relevant Education: A university diploma in a related field.

What You Need:

• AutoCAD Skills: Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD (or similar software) for 2D drawings.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English.
• Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and administrative tasks. Communication Skills: Good at communicating and solving problems. Teamwork and Independence: Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Time Management: Good at managing your time, especially under tight deadlines.
