We are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) Medical Affairs Administration Assistant to join our team for 8 hours per week. This is a fixed-term position until 31.12.2026, with the potential for an extension based on business needs and individual performance.
In this role, you will gain valuable insights into the Medical Affairs function within a global healthcare organization, supportin administrative activities. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and drafting contracts with, among others, health care professionals, opinion leaders, service providers and agencies
- Maintain and control budget and contract lists in exchange with the Medical Affairs team, invoice coordination and processing.
- Book meeting/conference rooms for internal and external meetings
- Support the preparation and implementation of events and the advertising presence of GE HealthCare.
- Perform support tasks with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Documentation Medical Affairs requests in the internal EHS tool.
- Conduct literature searches and reviews to support the development and update of scientific training materials, educational content, and Medical Affairs resources.
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in the healthcare industry and Medical Affairs
- Initial experience through internships, student jobs, volunteer activities, or university projects is a plus
- Well-organized and able to manage different tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work
- Interest in scientific and medical topics and willingness to learn
- Basic experience with literature searches as part of university coursework is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong affinity for digital tools and technologies, with advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to quickly learn and work effectively with new systems, databases, and applications
- Familiarity with scientific literature databases (e.g., PubMed) is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
