Your Role at impact.com:
As part of our Creator Solutions team, impact.com’s in-house performance creator experts, you’ll drive growth and engagement across a portfolio of client creator and affiliate programs. You’ll partner closely with brands across industries like fashion, food, parenting, and tech to design and scale performance-led creator strategies that deliver real results. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership in a fast-moving creator landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Ideate and develop influencer campaign proposals, including pricing, building out decks, and making strategic recommendations for budget, deliverables, example creators, platforms, and content types
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to answer RFPs, provide industry expertise, and pitch clients influencer marketing strategy
- Have ownership of influencer campaign execution across several concurrent brand accounts
- Manage relationships and ownership of revenue with portfolio of customers
- Oversee communication and negotiations with creators
- Finding and reaching out to relevant content creators and building relationships with influencers to recruit them onto pertinent campaigns
- Create and manage paid amplification campaigns (Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Spark Ads)
- Monitor budgets and program timelines to ensure revenue goals and client deadlines are met
- Provides excellent customer service and expertise, ensuring clients are happy and impressed with our services
- Analyzes campaign performance to give recommendations for future programs based on learnings
- Identifies upselling opportunities and communicates to senior leadership
What You Have:
- Completion of your free Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA. Please mention it in your cover letter.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience managing influencer marketing programs
- Familiarity with strategizing, budgeting, casting, negotiating, contracting, overseeing fulfillment, draft approvals, amplification (Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Spark Ads), reporting, etc.
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Previous client management experience preferred
- Established relationship with creators and talent managers a plus
- Experience building proposal decks, developing creative strategy, and pitching proposals to prospects
- Strong knowledge of influencers across verticals, especially CPG, fashion, parenting, wellness, fitness, etc., and influencer rates
- Experience with niches such as gaming, tech, finance, entertainment, etc. a plus
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong communication, organization, presentation and client relationship management skills
- Strong people-skills needed to maintain professional relationships with influencers and talent managers as well as global internal stakeholders
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets & Excel
