Job Description
The Program Manager will be responsible for the support of large programs, and creating appropriate documentation, including but not limited to: agendas, minutes, and capturing accomplishments. Develops supporting documentation and monitors timeliness and scheduled resources for projects, develops & reports on project metrics, project planning & scheduling, collation and alignment of status reports, ensures compliance with practices, policies, procedures, goals of project sponsors and approved methodologies. Hands on project tracking/program management experience (managing team of 20-25 people) in cloud/data center infrastructure (OpenStack), networking (routers, switches, firewalls etc.) is required to be effective in this role. Due to the urgency of the need, the candidate will be expected to hit the ground running (will not have any ramp-up time).
Academic qualifications: Bachelors in CS/EE or equivalent Industry certifications in project management, networking, storage etc. highly desired. Candidate must be able to communicate in English fluently across different levels of technical knowledge, from IT professionals to stakeholders and company executives. Written communication is also very important (special attention to grammar and spelling).

Operationally focused and quick to respond to situations or inquiries, knowing the appropriate escalation points or finding them quickly. Position can potentially have a large amount of pressure and focus/visibility due to the urgency of the situations they will be dealing with.
