What You'll Do
As a Monitoring Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in protecting our customers by responding to alarm signals, monitoring video feeds, and coordinating with emergency services. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, follow established procedures, and help deliver peace of mind when it matters most.

Paid Training Provided We provide a comprehensive 4 to 6 week paid training program on a daytime schedule to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed for success in the role.
Pay Range: $22.95 - $31.91hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
