We are looking for an experienced Chiller/HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Heathrow Airport.

What you will do

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on chillers and HVAC equipment across Heathrow Airport. This is primarily a static site-based role, with occasional travel to other customer locations if required.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting faults, resolving technical issues, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and providing recommendations for system improvements and upgrades. You will work in line with customer agreements, company procedures and health and safety standards at all times.

What we look for

  • NVQ Level 2 in HVAC or equivalent (Level 3 desirable)

  • Experience in an HVAC Service Engineer role

  • F-Gas 2079 Category 1 certification

  • Strong working knowledge of chillers, DX, split, VRV systems, AHUs and ventilation plant

  • Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, Hitachi and Mitsubishi Electric

  • Electrical and controls experience, including fault finding and rectification

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, including electrical and piping schematics

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Full UK driving licence
