Senior Project Manager – Industrial Refrigeration

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage the delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the agreed schedule, scope, and budget.
• Take full responsibility for project results and maintaining target project margins.
• Prepare monthly cost forecasts and customer invoicing plans to support financial reporting and project progress tracking.
• Monitor and control project expenditures and financial performance.
• Supervise and coordinate project risk management activities.
• Plan and allocate the resources required for successful project execution.
• Participate in tender preparation, bid evaluations, and subcontractor selection processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors and oversee outsourced work on project sites.
• Represent the company and lead negotiations with clients.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements across all assigned projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, including a track record of independently managed projects.
• Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of independence, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
• Results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving objectives.
• Experience managing industrial refrigeration projects would be a strong advantage.
• Construction or engineering certifications/licenses would be considered an asset.
• Communicative level of English.
• Valid Category B driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial refrigeration systems and projects.
• Construction qualifications and site management certifications.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract conditions would be an advantage.

The initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of 16 000 - 21 000  PLN per month. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. We are committed to fair, equitable, and gender-neutral pay practices.
