TITLE- Project Engineer (CWR)
Location – Karwar

What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC & Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations.
- Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager.
- Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner.
- Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor progress for timely completion.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with customers regarding status, delays, and payments.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all site teams.
How You Will Do It
- Understand contractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution plans.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to exceed expectations.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.
What We Look For
- Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution on Naval & Marine ships.
- Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components.
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred
- Indian Navy Artificers with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems.
