About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing industrial refrigeration systems across a diverse range of customer sites throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions.
This hands-on role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown service work on industrial refrigeration systems
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Build strong relationships with customers and provide technical advice when required
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Contribute to a positive safety-first culture
What You'll Bring
Essential Requirements
Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent industry experience
Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Highly Regarded
Experience working on industrial refrigeration systems
Ammonia refrigeration experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and proactive approach to service work
