Technical Sales Manager Mission Critical Services (MCS)
What You Will Do
The Technical Sales Manager – Mission Critical Services (MCS) is responsible for driving business growth through the promotion of HVAC service solutions, preventive maintenance programmes, and energy efficiency projects across hyperscale data centers and pharmaceutical clients throughout EMEA. Working closely with customers, sustainability managers, engineering teams, project managers, and key suppliers, the role combines technical sales expertise with project coordination responsibilities to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, manage quotations and commercial processes, and support the successful delivery of projects that enhance operational performance and sustainability outcomes. The role is to work closely with:
- Pro-actively promoting Preventive Maintenance Service to Hyperscale Data Centres
- Legacy client base within the pharmaceutical sector
- Client Sustainability Managers
- Key equipment suppliers
- MCS Project Managers & Engineering department
- The internal purchasing department and
- Respond for quotation requests and liaising with our clients
- Submitting of Quotations to Client.
- Upon receipt of PO, project Manager the internal logistics
- Financial reporting & monthly forecasting to MCS management
How You Will Do It
- Build relationships with existing client base in EMEA
- Approach Client Sustainability Managers to identify Energy Saving & sustainability Projects within their remit
- Identify legacy opportunities within our back catalogue of clients
- Work with our engineering team to prepare energy saving solutions
- Partner closely with people you support as well as other departments to align requirements with individual and organizational priorities and communicate information.
- Track work and ensure efficient workflow.
- Project and task management of all potential projects
What We Look For
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably HVAC
- demand planning, inventory management, and process control within an ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Action oriented self-starter who is driven to achieve results
- Flexible and adaptable team player
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines
This role will be office / field based requiring travel both nationally and internationally to actively pursue and support Clients
