What will you do?

 - Support for improvement activities arising from the rewards program
- Support for savings projects arising from KAIZEN events
- Training, organization, and support of Value Stream Map activities
- Realization, deployment and monitoring of Lean Assessment results
- Coordination of the 5S audit and recognition program
- Generation of savings projects
- Follow-up to standardization of best practices
- Line balancing
- A3 development

How will you do it?

- Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5 S’s Methodology knowledge and or implementation 
- Tools for analysis and problem solving
- Time and movement studies
- Projects management
- Process mapping
- Environmental system 14001

What we look for?

- Engineering or equivalent
- 5 to 7 years of experience
- Preferably experience in the HVAC industry
- Advanced English
- Six sigma certification (Green or black belt)
- Knowledge of the OEE
- Excel domain and power point
- Knowledge of autocad
