Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

Pyron Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to support and serve individuals and families with their personal insurance needs. In this role, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them navigate coverage decisions, policy changes, renewals, and everyday insurance questions.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with personal insurance clients

• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy servicing and account support

• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other service requests

• Review accounts and identify opportunities to improve client protection

• Assist clients with coverage questions, billing concerns, and claims support

• Work closely with Personal Risk Advisors and carrier partners to deliver excellent service

• Maintain accurate documentation and account records

• Support retention, account growth, and client satisfaction initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Insurance experience is helpful but not required

• Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain one with agency support
