We are seeking experienced healthcare and social assistance professionals to contribute to a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project in Kannada for the Indian region. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will help create and review realistic healthcare administrative and clinical scenarios that reflect real-world patient care, hospital operations, and healthcare system management. Your work will directly improve how AI systems understand and respond within sensitive, high-stakes healthcare environments.
Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Kannada reflecting Indian clinical and administrative settings (e.g., patient intake, care coordination, hospital operations, nursing workflows)
Develop structured evaluation rubrics for assessing clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
Review and score AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, operational feasibility, and communication quality
Contribute to “gold standard” answers aligned with best practices in healthcare delivery and patient safety
Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in Indian healthcare environments, including hospital workflows and regulatory expectations
Native Kannada with strong professional English proficiency
5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance sectors
Background in one or more relevant roles: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, Administrative Supervisor in healthcare settings
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare administration, and patient care standards
Ability to evaluate accuracy, safety implications, and operational realism in healthcare-related content

What to Consider Before Applying
Not ideal as a full time job or primary income source. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed.
Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week. If your schedule is unpredictable, this may not be the right fit.
Geographic restrictions may apply. We cannot engage contractors in regions subject to international embargo or sanctions. As a 1099 contractor, you are solely responsible for your own tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional before engaging.
