As a Lead, Robotics Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development and deployment of NeuraGrasp™, our advanced robotic grasping technology that is shaping the future of warehouse automation.
You will combine hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, working alongside world-class robotics, AI, perception, and hardware teams to transform cutting-edge innovation into production-ready robotic systems operating at scale.
This role is based onsite at our North Vancouver, BC office and requires in-office presence five days per week (Monday–Friday).
The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $130K – $190K annually, based on external market data, plus bonus and equity. Actual offers will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, training, key or critical skills, geographic location, and current market and business conditions.
