Position: Senior Manufacturing Process Sustaining Engineer
Location: Lumentum Thailand, Navanakorn – Pathum Thani
Department: Transport Business Unit
Reports To: Engineering Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Process Sustaining Engineer to maintain, control, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for optical and photonic products. This role is responsible for ensuring process stability, resolving production issues, improving product quality and yield, and optimizing existing processes to achieve production, delivery, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
