Responsibilities

Support daily business and operational activities within assigned departments.
Follow established procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports.
Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled productivity tools, or data-driven technologies is an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to support shift-based or office-based schedules where applicable.
