As a Workday HCM Specialist reporting to the Director, HRIS & Analytics, you'll play a critical role in optimizing Nasdaq's global use of Workday HCM across a range of functional areas. You will help enable smarter, more consistent HR operations by supporting system configuration, process improvements, and seamless user experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing consultative support to Centers of Excellence across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Assess system functionality and actively contribute to full project life cycles, from design through change management and go-live.
Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback through cross-functional sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain roadmaps and project plans to implement enhancements, track progress, and deliver consistent updates to global stakeholders.
Partner with an Agile team to support and improve HR business processes, ensuring a high-quality, consistent user experience across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Solid experience designing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM, with strength in Workday Recruiting and/or Time Tracking & Absence.
Experience configuring and administering Greenhouse ATS, including workflows, candidate lifecycle, and recruiting processes.
Strong background in implementing and maintaining HR systems in a global, multi-country environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Clear communicator with experience partnering with and providing guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to work mid or night shift hours to ensure good overlap with US-based teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience configuring Workday Time & Absence, including time-off plans, work schedules, and leave management.
Previous involvement in Greenhouse ATS implementation projects.
Experience supporting HR operations in a global environment.
Experience with additional Workday modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Learning, or Talent & Performance.
Workday certification or equivalent professional training.
Prior experience working with confidential data in a global, matrixed environment.
