Job Description

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving incidents independently 
• Resolve high-priority incidents and provide solutions 
• Coordinate and provide solutions for escalated incidents, prioritize tasks professionally, and ensure timely updates to users directly or through relevant stakeholders
• Advise and coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders on technical enquiries, providing solutions and resolutions as issues arise
• Coordinate support for seasonal exercises, ensure connectivity and application readiness tests are completed on time, and manage incident escalation during live exercises
• Manage and support ad-hoc hardware and software testing with internal and external parties, provide guidance on testing and planning, and keep the team informed of workarounds and solutions for escalated issues
• Process, follow up, and close service requests within SLA, ensure all required information is provided by requestors, and advise stakeholders on service request matters including impact assessments
• Perform folder management tasks including creation, deletion, and modification based on service requests raised by users

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec & above with at least 2 years of EUC experience would be ideal
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulousness and ability to multitask effectively
• Capacity to work well in teams and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service orientation and people management skills
