Job Description

As an intern, you will work closely with a senior leader on strategic initiatives and client engagements, gaining first-hand exposure to consulting, business development, and project coordination. You will learn how enterprise technology solutions are developed, presented, and delivered to clients, including supporting meetings with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.

Throughout the internship, you will develop practical skills in market research, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, meeting facilitation, and project planning. You will also learn how to manage competing priorities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and operate effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the preparation of client meetings, including engagements with C-suite executives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, objectives, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Analyse research findings to support new service offerings and business strategies.
• Assist in developing client presentations by researching and preparing content.
• Support the preparation of client proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Assist in engaging and coordinating with third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions.
• Support multiple projects and recurring business activities simultaneously.
• Learn to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and balance urgent versus important work.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Graphics/creative ideas to create slides
