Job Summary:
Nextech is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot Marketing Hub. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing marketing automation programs that drive lead generation, nurture prospects, support customer engagement, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, this individual will leverage HubSpot to execute campaigns, automate workflows, manage lead lifecycle processes, maintain data quality, develop reporting dashboards, and optimize marketing performance. The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong analytical skills and a passion for creating scalable, data-driven marketing programs that improve efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

Essential Functions

Partner with the Marketing Operations Manager to administer and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, campaigns, forms, landing pages, lists, reporting, integrations, and platform governance.

Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows, nurture programs, lead routing processes, customer lifecycle campaigns, and re-engagement initiatives within HubSpot.

Partner with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Events, Creative Services, and Sales teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure accurate campaign tracking and measurement.

Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies using demographic, firmographic, behavioral, and engagement data.

Create and manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, automated lead routing, and qualification processes to improve lead quality and funnel conversion.

Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies to ensure accurate data synchronization and reporting.

Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards, reports, attribution models, and performance analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimization opportunities to improve engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.

Ensure database health through ongoing data governance, segmentation, compliance monitoring, deduplication, and contact management best practices.

Perform quality assurance testing for emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and campaign assets prior to launch.

Stay current on HubSpot product enhancements, new features, and marketing automation best practices, recommending improvements that drive efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales leadership to optimize lead management processes, reporting accuracy, and service-level agreement compliance.Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or Marketing Technology in B2B SaaS
- Expert-level experience in HubSpot, specifically Marketing Hub, including workflows, system administration, and system integrations
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platforms
- Experience with testing, tracking, and reporting of performance metrics
- Strong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data management
- Strategic thinker, with strong program and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically about complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex programs, processes, recommendations, and data to audiences across functions, teams, and organizational levels
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration, and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certification
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Working Environment/Physical Demands
- Remote work
- Long-distance or air travel as needed but not to exceed 10%
- Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor.
