Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is currently seeking a Staff Engineer Subsystems Aeronautical Design to join our team of diverse, qualified individuals. This position can be located in Palmdale, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, Whiteman AFB, and San Diego, CA.
The Staff Electrical Engineer (EE) – Vehicle Subsystems & Integration will lead, and/or serve as the key contributor, on multiple aspects of aircraft subsystem development. The successful candidate will be deeply involved from project inception (RFP, requirements analysis, BOE) through hydraulic electrical subsystem layout, mechanical requirements, and final integration. As the engineering team’s subject matter expert (SME), the EE will guide projects from concept to sustainment, ensuring technical excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Primary Level Salary Range: $93,300.00 - $171,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
